This post has been sponsored by Reign Total Body Fuel. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

As many of you know, I’ve been on a personal health and fitness journey for the past 6 months…I’ve been eating well and maintaining a consistent workout regimen. Working out has become such an enjoyable part of my everyday routine and I love starting or ending my day with a great workout session or even some yoga!

Fueling my body during and after my workouts is important to me and I recently discovered Reign Total Body Fuel when shopping at Walgreens. I typically drink BCAA’s, which are great for muscle protection & recovery, so when I was reading more about Reign, I was immediately intrigued by the fact that each drink has 7X times the BCAA’s, 5X the CoQ10 (a natural antioxidant), and 2X the electrolytes as the leading competitor. PLUS it has zero sugars, zero calories, and zero artificial flavors…WINNER in my book! You can learn more about Reign HERE.

Reign is a fitness-focused beverage that helps support your performance needs and it taste good! Taste is so important to me…if something doesn’t taste good, I won’t drink it no matter the benefits so I was pleasantly surprised that Reign has a sweet refreshing taste (I like mine nice a cold). You can find all 3 Reign flavors at Walgreens…I’ve tried each flavor and truly like them all. Recently, I’ve enjoyed sipping on Reign during my workouts and after my workouts as well…it’s a thirst quencher and I know that I am refueling my body. I’ve particularly enjoyed them after my more strenuous workouts!

I encourage you to try Reign and incorporate this total body fuel beverage into your routine as well. Head to your local Walgreens to pick some up and make sure you take one with you to your next workout. You’ll definitely feel a boost of energy after drinking it and you’ll also feel good about refueling your body with a drink that is packed full BCAA’s, natural antioxidants, and electrolytes.

I’ll be anxious to hear what you think after trying Reign so be sure to let me know! Now I’m off to get a great sweat sesh in with a cold Reign in hand!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by…see you back here real soon.

Today’s post is in partnership with CoolSculpting.  All opinions are 100% my own and I’m sharing my own personal experience about my CoolSculpting treatments…individual experiences may vary.

So what is CoolSculpting?!

“The CoolSculpting fat-freezing procedure is the only FDA-cleared,* non-surgical fat-reduction treatment that uses controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat that resists all efforts through diet and exercise. The results are proven, noticeable, and lasting—so you’ll look great from every angle.”

When CoolSculpting approached me about partnering I immediately said YES YES YES!  To be honest, I had been giving CoolSculpting a lot of thought and had been spending a lot of time researching this body sculpting treatment.  Being a mom of 2, I have never seemed to be able to get rid of some stubborn belly fat and even though I follow a healthy eating and exercise plan, the belly fat just wouldn’t go away.  I was becoming more and more frustrated that I wasn’t seeing the results of all of my hard work.  I honestly wasn’t even sure if I would be a good candidate for CoolSculpting because there wasn’t much belly fat to treat but come to find out, I was the perfect candidate (YAY for me) and I had just the right amount of belly fat.

My consultation with Tammy at Dr. Beisman’s office went wonderfully and she reassured me that I was a great candidate and that I should be pleased with my results.  We talked in depth about my current lifestyle and how I try to maintain a balanced diet and workout schedule as well as what areas I would like to treat.  Tammy was very thorough in explaining the CoolSculpting treatment and in fact, she put together a treatment plan for me during our consultation.  We decided to treat my lower abdomen, flanks, love handles, and inner thighs.  She also explained what I should expect during the treatment and what to expect after the treatment was complete.  I left my consultation feeling confident in my decision to have CoolSculpting.  If you are considering having this done, I encourage you to find someone with years of experience as Tammy has and ensure that you are comfortable with your treatment plan before having the treatment done.

But you aren’t overweight…so why did you decide to have CoolSculpting?!

My decision to have CoolSculpting was based on my desire to sculpt the stubborn areas of my abdomen…the areas that diet and exercise weren’t improving as I would like for them to.  CoolSculpting is not a weight loss treatment…it is a treatment to help you sculpt your body and help break through stubborn fat.  I continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and CoolSculpting was an opportunity to elevate the results I would like to see from all of my hard work.  I must confess, I’ve had a few “not so cool” moments over the years where I’ve worked out twice a day, consumed only juice for as long as a week, and have dieted many times trying my best to break through the stubborn belly fat.  CoolSculpting was a much “cooler” option than having to cut out EVERYTHING that I love!

My first treatment was scheduled two weeks after my consultation.  During that two weeks before being treated, I maintained my healthy eating and exercise routine.  The night before my scheduled treatment, I put together a little bag to take with me to Dr. Beisman’s office because I was going to be there for the majority of the day since we were going to be treating all areas as outlined in my treatment plan on the same day.  I packed my laptop, a book to read, some magazines, and a neck pillow.  Most offices will have a neck pillow and a nice warm blanket to drape over you during your treatment so you don’t need to take much.  I just wanted to keep myself busy while there!

The day of my treatment, I arrived in the morning and I was immediately greeted and taken back to the CoolSculpting room to get situated and to make myself at home.  I then had my “before” pictures taken and shortly after we got started with my first treatment areas…my lower abdomen and love handles.

What areas did you have treated and how long does it take?!

I had a total of 8 CoolSculpting cycles completed on the day of my treatment.  As I mentioned above, we started with one side of my lower abdomen and one side of my love handles.  The applicator was placed on the treatment areas and remained in position for a full hour.  Once those two areas were complete, we then moved to the opposite side of my lower abdomen and the opposite side of my love handles and again, the areas were treated for an hour.  Next we treated my flanks and each side was treated for a full hour.  After treating my flanks, we then treated my inner thighs and each thigh was treated for 35 minutes.  In between each cycle, the area must be massaged for 2 minutes to break up the fat cells.

During each treatment, I was very comfortable and covered up to remain warm.  Tammy, the nurse performing my treatment, ensured that I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way.

What did CoolSculpting feel like and does it hurt?!

This question is probably one of the most frequent questions that I have received already so I’d like to help you better understand, at least from my experience, what it felt like.  CoolSculpting is a fat freezing treatment so targeted fat cells are being frozen.  At first, once the applicator is placed on your skin and the applicator suctions to your skin, it feels a bit uncomfortable.  The freezing process starts and within about 5 minutes you become a bit numb to the freezing sensation.  I personally became much more comfortable after about the first 5 minutes.  Once your treatment is complete and the applicator is removed, your skin, nerves, etc are beginning to wake back up.  This is also when the treated area must be massaged to help break up the fat cells.  This “wake up” process was probably the most uncomfortable for me…it felt like a cramp but it subsided within just a few minutes.  Although somewhat uncomfortable, it was completely tolerable and I would 100% do it again!

What should I expect post treatment?!

I was rather sore post treatment and rested the evening of my treatment and the following day.  There is truly little to no “down time” after CoolSculpting but everyone’s body reacts differently and mine told me to rest.  The treated areas are a bit swollen immediately following the treatment and very tender to the touch.  They feel as if they have been bruised.  The treated areas will also be numb for about 2-3 weeks post treatment.  Each area will continue to be tender to the touch for a while as well but the tenderness and numbness will subside and you will feel completely normal afterwards.

Are results immediate and do they last?!

You will begin to see results within in as little as 6 weeks post treatment, with 12 weeks being the average timeframe of when you should expect to see full results.  I am several weeks in and I honestly feel like I am already seeing great results.  I feel and look leaner and I don’t have as much tummy budge!  I’m super excited to see my full results at 12 weeks and will be sharing another post with you once I have hit the 12 week mark!  Be sure to check back here as I will be keeping you informed with images of my full results as well!

Your results are long lasting but you do need to maintain a healthy lifestyle post CoolSculpting.  If you gain weight, your remaining fat cells will expand, but you will not see gain in the treated areas!

My overall first experience with CoolSculpting at Dr. Beisman’s office was amazing and I am beyond thrilled that I made the decision to move forward with it.  I recommend this treatment to anyone who is looking to sculpt their problem areas in order to enhance their figure.  I’ve been very pleased with my personal results up to this point!

If you are interested in CoolSculpting, I encourage you to learn more information here: https://www.CoolSculpting.com/what-is-CoolSculpting/fat-reduction-vs-weight-loss/.  Please feel free to ask me any questions, I am more than happy to answer!

Special thank you to CoolSculpting, Dr. Beisman, and Tammy for making my first CoolSculpting treatment so enjoyable!!!

As always, thank you for stopping by and I will see you back here real soon!

Sometimes you need new workout gear, well and a beautiful tropical destination. to feel inspired.  I picked up this fun subtle palm print workout set prior to my trip to Fairmont Mayakoba as I knew we would be exploring the property, riding bikes, and hopefully doing a little yoga.
I spent some time during the early morning hours, on one of my first days there, meditating and soaking in the beautiful quiet around me.  It was so peaceful and relaxing.
This particular spot overlooks a beautiful canal on property and there was no one else at the pool at the time…talk about solace!  I also spent the morning exploring a Cenote!  I’ve included my full recap HERE, in the case you want to read my review of the gorgeous Fairmont Mayakoba.
How do you stay inspired with your workout routines?  Is it buying new workout gear, a change of scenery, a new play list?
As always, thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

To say that I’ve always loved my body and my curves would be a lie.  Just like most women, there have been many times where I have felt great about my body and many times where I haven’t.  I’ve always been somewhat self conscious of my curves…feeling as if my hips were too wide, my butt too big, my waist not small enough, my legs not long enough…you get the picture.  I sense that I’m not alone.
People may call you crazy…tell you that you are beautiful no matter your shape or size but that doesn’t matter if you don’t believe those things yourself.  After all…true beauty comes within, right?!  The number on the scale, the size of your waist, the inches from head to toe, the size of jeans that you wear…these aren’t the things that make you beautiful.  BUT, they are some of the things that can play a significant role in how confident you feel.
As I look back on the highs and lows of my personal body confidence I can easily remember the highs but the lows are those moments that give you a good ole punch in the gut.  I’ve always considered myself to be a active person but I haven’t always been a healthy person.  I’ve never really struggled with my weight (well at least not until the last couple of years).  My biggest struggle over the years has been allowing myself to get into brief ruts where I eat whatever I want and don’t work out or do any physical exercise.  A lot of times, these ruts are caused my stress or significant life changes.  My mental game gets off so of course that impacts everything else and most times, that means that I start to put on a little bit of weight…my clothes fit tighter and I’m not thrilled with what I see in the mirror.

I’ve had to come to the realization that my “shape” is what God has given me and that is what I have to work with.  Over time, I’ve grown to love my body and truly appreciate the curves that I have.  I keep telling myself…why not work with these amazing curves and make them the most beautiful curves possible. This year has especially helped me turn the corner…to find a place of contentment.

What I’m most proud of is that I am a Mom of two.  My body has carried and delivered two beautiful children…one of the biggest blessings and gifts I could have ever received.  I’ve gained the weight and I’ve worked hard to get it off.  At times I have been complacent and not cared but I’m more motivated than ever to maintain my current place of contentment and continue setting an example of health and fitness for our children.

If you have been following my journey since the beginning of January, you know that I’ve been participating in the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp program.  This is my “how” behind how I have reached my current goals and how I have truly found contentment.  My body is transforming, my curves are more beautiful, and my mind and soul are in the right place.  My confidence has shifted and I feel like a much more well rounded ME!

I’m wrapping up my 3rd full round in with the FASTer Way bootcamp and I’m joining my 4th round on June 12th.  I shared my 12 week results in a prior post…you can read about and see that HERE.

This bootcamp program has really played an important role in helping me turn the corner and learn to love my body.  I’m happier now with my body and level of physical fitness than I ever have been.  Hence why I continue to join round after round.  Yes, I could do this all on my own but I love the camaraderie of joining the FASTer Way army of women who are all like-minded and who are there to cheer each other on!

Tell me about a time that you struggled with body self confidence?  I’m certain that many of you reading this post can relate.

Is it time for you to make a shift in the way you think about and feel about your body?  Maybe the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp is for you.  I encourage you to read more and email me at kbstyled@gmail.com with any questions.  I’ve had several personal friends join this program who have all thanked me time and time again for introducing them to the FASTer Way.  Would be happy to have you join me on June 12th!

As always, thanks so much for taking the time to read today’s post.  Hope you have been having a wonderful weekend!

Are you drooling yet?!  I know I am!  It’s past midnight, I’m writing this post, and I’m having a major CRAVNG for these overnight oats.  Good news is…I’ve got myself covered because I planned ahead…my peanut butter & banana overnight oats are in the fridge waiting to be eaten!  I shared this recipe with my bestie, Jenn Glover of Carolina Girl Cooks, and she whipped it up and photographed it so beautifully…she even said she could hardly stand looking at it and devoured it just as soon as she finished shooting it!
I’m not kidding when I say I get so excited to eat these oats…not only are they delicious and filling but they are super healthy for you too!
I typically eat these on my regular calorie/regular carb days within the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp that I have been doing since January.  There is nothing better than digging into these overnight oats after coming off of two low carb days!  It’s like having a treat without the guilt because I know I am fueling my body with superfoods and lots of protein!
If you’ve never made overnight oats…look no further…this is where you MUST start.  I promise you won’t be disappointed!  Bookmark this page or pin one of the above images for easy reference.
Recipe details are below!  If I were a betting woman…I’d bet that many of you reading today’s post will be making this recipe sooner than later!  Enjoy!

Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats

SERVES 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk (or other nut milk, divided)
  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds, divided
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp of pure maple syrup
  • 4 tsp of cinnamon, divided
  • *optional: pecans (or any nut) for topping

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup oats in two mason jars. Add in 3/4 cup of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to each jar. Mix to combine, screw the tops on and stick it in the fridge over night.
  2. In the morning, you can either heat the oats up in the microwave or eat them cold. I like to add another dash of almond milk before eating the oats. You can do this before you heat them or before you mix in the toppings if you’re eating them cold.
  3. Add 1/2 of the sliced banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to each jar of oats and top with chopped pecans and another drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.

It’s time for us to meet up again and talk about the FASTer Way bootcamp program that has me on the fast train to fit town.  First off, I hope all who celebrated had a wonderful Easter yesterday!  We had a wonderful day…Easter bunny surprises, church, lunch, egg hunts, egg dying, and a full day outside playing.
Not only was it Easter but it was also my last day of round 2 of the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp!  And you know how I celebrated (after taking my before & after photos of course)…I devoured some PEEPS!!!  Don’t know what it is about those surgery marshmallow little chicks but I’ve loved them from day 1 and now I am passing that love down to our kiddos! p.s if you have never tried them microwaved for a few seconds, you MUST…YUM!
Okay, so let’s get to it…for those of you who may have missed my first post about why I started with the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp no problem, I’ve linked if for you HERE! And if you did not see my 1st round before and after images, you can visit my post and see those images HERE!

Signing up for a 2nd round was a no brainer for me…after seeing the results I achieved after my 1st six weeks, I was eager to continue on my fitness journey and see what I could achieve in another six weeks.  There was also some new things that we would be trying in the 2nd round like a juice cleanse from The Weekly Juicery and a 24 hour fast in weeks 4-6.  AND a brand new cookbook is now being offered too…which is amazing by the way!
I’ve done juice cleanses before but I never really coupled it with fasting and working out.  This particular cleanse from The Weekly Juicery is offered through the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp program and it was such a nice add option.  The juice cleanse arrived in a packed cooler with some additional information on how to properly cleanse.  It also came with a black small cooler & ice packs so you can pack up your juices and take them on the go if you need to.
What I loved about this cleanse is that it is cold pressed and is USDA certified.  The Weekly Juicery sources their produce locally and makes their juice fresh, using only organic produce.  This cleanse was such a nice compliment to the bootcamp and it allowed me to step things up a notch with regards to my fitness goals.
Since week 4 of my second round of the FASTer Way bootcamp, I have been juicing once a week.  Although my first cleanse was from The Weekly Juicery, I am also supporting our local juice bar, Franklin Juice Co., and have been getting my cleanses from them.
What I can share with you after a second 6 week round is that I feel much stronger and even more lean!  Cleansing and fasting for 24 hours once a week has accelerated my results as well.
Now onto the results…the first photo pairing is from before I started the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp to yesterday, 12 full weeks of participating in the bootcamp.  The second photo pairing is from the end of my first six weeks to yesterday, the end of my second bootcamp.  Change continues to happen physically, mentally, and emotionally and I am beyond pleased with my progress!  It certainly has not been easy at times but I am committed and I’m moving onward!

I’m personally starting my 3rd round on Monday, 4/24 and can’t wait!  There will be some new workouts this round and even more tips.  Over 300 women have signed up to start their own journey on 4/24…will you join in?!  If you want to join us and invest in yourself…head HERE to read more info and sign up.

p.s registration will end soon as there is a max to how many women are allowed to sign up per round.  Email me with any questions: kbstyled@gmail.com.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read today’s post.  I look forward to hearing from you!
Have a great start to your week!

Thirteen weeks ago, I would have never thought that I’d be confidently standing here in front of YOU in a bikini…but here I am!  EEEKKK!  A lot can change in 13 weeks time and I can say that my confidence has changed for the better over these last many weeks.
I’ve typically always felt confident enough to wear a bikini, in fact, I would protest wearing a one piece and most certainly would NEVER wear a tankini.  There is nothing wrong with one piece or tankini suits (in fact, they have actually become so much more chic over the last couple of years and I own several of both styles now) but I just felt like I was letting go of my youth if I wore anything but a bikini.
However, after having our children I struggled with the ups and downs of getting my pre-baby body back…it was a real struggle at times.  It’s been YEARS since they were born…they are now 7 and 5 so I’ve had plenty of “time” to get my body back to a place that I felt good about.  But let’s be honest, over the last 7 years, I haven’t always felt motivated and often times as a busy Mom of two, just didn’t make the time for myself.  Working out and taking care of myself often times was put on the back burner.  Excuses were made and I fell into some serious ruts over the years.
After our son was born, I was so motivated to lose the baby weight…I had something to prove to the world and that’s exactly what I did.  I got into the best shape of my life.  However, when he was 10 months old, we got pregnant with our daughter and so my body quickly shifted.  I didn’t work out while pregnant…I walked but that was about it.  After our daughter was born, it took me a full year before I was interested in working out again.  I thought there was no possible way that I could find the time to work out with two children under the age of 3.  But I did, and yet again, got into great shape but I didn’t stick with it.
And so on and so on goes the up and down cycle of losing and gaining, working out and not working out.  My confidence kept going up and down as well…I always felt much more confident when working out versus when I wasn’t working out (that’s a given).  I kept wondering when I would FINALLY find something that I could stick with, something that would not only help me achieve my health and fitness goals but that would also be something that I could maintain.
Back in January of this year, I came across, and decided to try, the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp program and now I am 13 weeks in and going strong!!!  I’ve almost completed 2 full rounds of this bootcamp and have signed up to complete my 3rd round, which kicks off on 4/24!
I’ve gained so much confidence through the FASTer Way program.  Not only am I experiencing external changes (I’m determined to have abs and Carrie Underwood-ish legs ;-)) but I am also experiencing an internal transformation and my overall confidence is a big part of that internal transformation.  And I’m not just talking about my confidence as it pertains to the way I look in a bikini but I am also talking about my confidence in my capabilities to stick with something long term.
I finally have found a program that works for me, that is flexible, that allows me to reach my goals, and that has helped me regain my confidence in all that I am capable of!  The FASTer Way program has been a life changer for me.  I still have some pretty heafty personal goals and I’m excited to see where this journey will take me!
Are you at the same point that I was at?  If so, the next round of the FASTer Way to Fatloss program kicks off on 4/24 and new clients can enroll starting 4//10!  This program has not only changed my life but it is changing the life of sooooo many other women right now…many of which have very similar personal goals, women that I can relate with!  I encourage you to read more HERE and if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at kbstyled@gmail.com.

Managing stress better has been a goal of mine this year.  Sometimes I manage it well and sometimes the stress that I am feeling consumes me.  What I consider stressful may be very different from what you consider stressful just as I may handle it differently than you do.  But there are things that we all can do to help manage and keep our stress levels under control.
This year has particularly been a very stressful year so far at work.  For those that don’t know, I work full time in HR for a Fortune 500 company in addition to blogging full time.  And obviously #1 job is being a great Momma to my littles.  At times, the stress that “work” creates carries over into my home life.  In times like these, I quickly realize that I need to hone in on doing things that help me relieve some of that stress.
Exercising has play a significant role in helping me relieve stress…physically, mentally, & emotionally.  Outside of my normal workout routines, I’ve started practicing a bit more yoga as well as deep breathing techniques, which have certainly helped.  Taking 10-15 minutes to stretch during my day has helped me relieve stress & refocus.  And any time that I am feeling particularly stressed throughout my workday, I will step away and do some deep breathing exercises or go for a walk with our pups.
Spending time outdoors has been a great way for me to seperate myself from stressful moments and recenter.  Vitamin D is so good for you and just sitting outside for 10-15 minutes, getting a little sunshine and breathing in fresh air, is such a nice way to release stress.
Planning ahead as much as possible has also helped me manage my stress levels.  There are times where you just won’t be able to plan ahead and something may happen that throws you for a loop so being flexible is essential to being able to handle those surprise scenarios.  After all, life wouldn’t be near as exciting if every single minute of every single day was planned out.
At the end of my day, I almost always take a hot bath and allow myself quiet time with no distractions.  I truly feel like I am doing something for myself and giving myself the opportunity to unwind and reflect on my day.  And if I’m feeling particularly tense, I will add some epsom salts to help relax me and extract those toxins.
These are just a few of the things I do to manage stress.  I’d love to hear from you…what do you do to manage and relieve your stress?!
Hope you all have had a great week so far and as always thanks so much for stopping by!

As a follow up to Saturday’s post about my fitness journey and the personal changes I’m experiencing, today’s post is about Vital Proteins and how I am using this as a supplement to compliment my healthy eating plan on the FASTer Way to Fatloss program.
Vital Proteins focuses on providing clean sustainably-sourced nutrition products that provide nourishing collagen, in turn, boosting our bodies ability to produce collagen.  As we age, our bodies produce less collagen and Vital Proteins helps replenish what we have lost.
Vital Proteins has become a part of my every day life.  I typically drink a protein shake or smoothie each day and I always add two scoops of the collagen peptides to add an additional boost of protein and of course to reap the benefits of the added collagen.  Because there is no distinguishable taste, you can add the collagen peptides to anything…water, hot tea, coffee, juice, smoothies, soups, etc.
I feel confident that I am fueling my body with a wholesome clean product that has so many amazing benefits.  Plus I have noticed that my skin has been much more clear as well (big plus in my book)!
Check out Vital Proteins when you have a moment…they offer a variety of nutritious products and I highly recommend that you give them a try if this sounds like something you would enjoy as well.  They have a life long customer in me!
I also wanted to share one of my absolute favorite smoothie recipes as well…
ALMOND BERRY BLAST
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 small/medium sized banana
1 cup of fresh baby spinach
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk – 1/2-1 cup (remaining liquid should be cold water…I usually do 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/2 cup of water or fill to line on my NutriBullet)
Muscle Milk Low Fat vanilla protein powder
2 scoops of Vital Proteins collagen peptides
**I use my NutriBullet to mix all of my smoothies!
Let me know if you decide to try anything from Vital Proteins…I’d love to hear your thoughts!
As always, thanks so much for stopping by…have a great start to your week!

For those of you that follow along with KBStyled here and on social media, you know that back on 1/9/17 I embarked on a personal fitness and health journey by kicking off my first round of FASTer Way to Fatloss
I’m now 3 weeks into my second round of this amazing program and I’m excited to continue seeing progress!  If you missed my post recapping my experience through the first round as well as my before and after pictures, you can go back and read that HERE!
In my first couple of posts about the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp, I shared more about the program and my reasons why I’ve decided that this program is the perfect program for me…for today, for tomorrow, and for all the days ahead.
As you can see from my initial before and after pictures, physical changes are happening…my body is changing and shifting into a fit much more healthy body but this program is not just about the external changes.  For me, it has also been about the internal changes as well.
So today, I’m shifting gears a bit and sharing with you all more about how the FASTer Way to Fatloss program is changing me from the inside out.
1.  When I say from the inside out…I mean it literally.  This program has taught me more about food than I ever imagined that it could.  I’m learning how to fuel my body with the right foods and how specific foods provide specific benefits at specific times.  I’ve cleaned up my diet and am eating foods that provide significant nutrition.  Because I am eating the right foods, I’ve also noticed that my skin has been much more clear as well!
2.  Eating the right foods, taking the right vitamins, drinking more water, and working out has helped tremendously with my overall digestive health.  Clearly I don’t need to elaborate much here but lets just say that I am WAY LESS bloated…major win in my department!
3.  Feeling less stressed has been so welcomed since starting this program.  I’ve been able to relieve a lot of stress through the workouts each day.  Being less stressed has definitely helped with my mental clarity as well!
4.  My confidence/belief in myself and what I am capable of has really improved over the last 2 months.  I’ve personally struggled with confidence over the years and I can say that the FASTer Way to Fatloss program has truly helped me regain some of that lost confidence.  When we are treating our bodies well, fueling our bodies correctly, and working out to improve our bodies, naturally the confidence will come.  I’ve always felt best when I’m taking care of myself by eating well and working out consistently.
5.  For a while I felt controlled by food…I thought about my “next meal” often and I no longer do that.  Maybe it is mind over matter at this point but because I’ve become accustomed to fasting each day I don’t feel like food has such a grip on me.  Its very freeing!!!
Can you relate to what I’ve shared today?  I feel as if there are sooooo many women who are raising their hands saying YES!  Are you wanting to make a change as well?!   If so, I encourage you to read more about the FASTer Way to Fatloss bootcamp HERE and decide if this is your next step to a better  more improved YOU!
Please feel free to email me directly at kbstyled@gmail.com with any questions that you may have.
Join us on Monday 3/27/17 for the next round of FASTer Way to Fatloss.  The first week is considered “prep week” and then you will jump right into fasting, tracking your foods, and working out.  Should you choose to jump on board, not only am I happy to answer your questions but you will also have a full week to get acclimated to the program!
Thanks so much for taking the time to read todays post and I appreciate you allowing me to share more with you as well!
