Captain Jack Sparrow is one of my all time favorite Disney villains and I’m a big fan of all of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Peter introduced me to these movies when we first started dating and I’ve been a fan every since.

During quarantine, we showed the first 2 movies to Reins and Addison and they are now big fans too! Watching it with them brought me so much joy and we all just laughed and giggled at the character of Captain Jack Sparrow.

Not to mention, we absolutely LOVE going to Disney and one of our family favorites at Magic Kingdom is the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. We love everything about it and it allows us to escape to a bit of a fantasy world every time we ride the ride or watch the movies.

We will be showing the other movies to the kiddos as well…next up…Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End!

Regarding my costume…I sourced many of the pieces from Amazon, Etsy, and Medieval Collectibles. I ordered black contacts from Coloured Contacts and had fun creating the makeup look with lots of black eyeliner. The rings are my own…Jack can never have too much gold or gemstones so layer them up.
